His 226th column with the title "300 Kilometer in 40 Stunden" was published in the edition 29 on 25.07.2018.
Vor mir liegt ein 50-seitiges Bändchen. Auf dem Umschlag heisst es: «In 40 Stunden von Zürich über Luzern, Brienz, Bern, Sursee nach Zürich». Geschrieben hat es 1899 der Oberleutnant im Dragoner Regiment 7, Schwadron 19, Adolphe Stoffel. Zur Verfügung gestellt hat es mir Thomas Frei vom «Kavallo», als Dokumentation für das Kapitel Distanzreiten im kommenden Jubiläumsband «120 Jahre Pferdesport Schweiz».
