Expo.02 > Théâtre des Roseaux - Arteplage Neuchâtel: Hoi

The theater piece Hoi, a show by Metzger, Zimmermann and de Perrot, was played from 03.07.2002-07.07.2002 in the Théâtre des Roseaux on the Arteplage Neuchâtel (SUI) during the Swiss National Exposition, Expo.02.

Music, dance, circus and architecture. With this production, the trio follows up their international success "Gopf". The hit which already associated different forms of expression.

The piece is inspired by the legends and myths of the Swiss Alps, cosmic laws attributed to mountains and the harsh conditions of life and work of those who live there. The group from Zurich Metzger, Zimmermann and de Perrot moves mountains by combining is this abstract choreography the most various art forms: dance, acrobatics, music, jokes, juggling, clowning, sculpture park and mixes.

Myriam Neuhaus was working for Expo.02 as Press Officer at the directorate events. She was taking care of the German and Italian speaking medias.
Ralph Ammann was Head of Events Arteplage Neuchâtel and, until 2001, Manager of Logistics for the directorate events during the preparation phase of Expo.02.
