network4events has analysed the existing organisational structure of the SCAE events, especially the upcoming World of Coffee event in Vienna (AUT). Based on that, an adapted organisational structure and a list of requirements for the local organiser were created.

The World of Coffee event takes place on 12.-15.06.2012 in Vienna (AUT) and there are 1'000 industry experts and 10'000 visitors expected.
